Two Months Left! – Make Plans Now to Attend our 2023 Annual Meeting in White River Junction, Vermont – April 24th to 25th
Would you like to learn more about quinism? Then make plans now to attend our Annual Meeting, to be held once again in downtown White River Junction, Vermont.
Our meeting will be held Monday, April 24th through Tuesday, April 25th, 9 am to 4 pm each day, in the Vermont Room of the historic Hotel Coolidge, and will feature a variety of educational sessions and open discussions, as well as complimentary coffee, light snacks, and other refreshments.
This is your best opportunity to learn more about quinism from experts in the field and meet with others affected by the condition. A full agenda will be released soon, but in the meantime, you can register now at no charge by emailing us to reserve your space. This year, we are pleased to offer free registration to all our guests on a first-come, first-served basis, so register early to ensure availability.
The village of White River Junction is conveniently located at the intersection of interstates 89 and 91, on the border of Vermont and New Hampshire, and is a two-hour drive or less from major New England airports served by major national airlines, including Boston Logan International in Boston, MA; Burlington International in Burlington, VT; Manchester-Boston Regional Airport in Manchester, NH; and Bradley International in Windsor Locks, Connecticut. If flying, we strongly recommend flying into one of these airports and renting a vehicle to drive to White River Junction, rather than flying into neighboring Lebanon, NH.
Affordable accommodations are available at the downtown meeting location, the Hotel Coolidge. Book now as accommodations at this historic hotel are limited. For those seeking more modern accommodations, a variety of national chains are available about a mile away from the downtown village center. More upscale accommodations are available at the nearby Quechee Inn and others.
Regardless of where you are staying, please note that White River Junction is in a rural location, and food options within walking distance are limited, so we recommend planning to drive a short distance for your meals. Ride-sharing and taxis are generally not available in the White River Junction area.
Family members are welcome to attend the conference with registration, but for those who wish to sightsee during the meeting, or for those who wish to add a brief vacation to their journey, the White River Junction area has plenty of attractions, including VINS, the Quechee Gorge, and the Montshire Museum of Science.
Questions? Please don’t hesitate to contact us for more information. We look forward to welcoming back prior attendees and welcoming new attendees to our annual tradition.
